Why have I not received my Shopee Coins?

Para sa mga order galing sa mga shop na may Cashback Promotions, mare-receive mo lamang ang cashback na Shopee Coins kapag na-complete na ang order mo o pagkatapos mo pindutin ang Order Received button.
Ito ang mga posibleng dahilan kung bakit hindi mo natanggap ang iyong Shopee Coins cashback:
- Ang order ay refunded/returned
- Ang order ay partially refunded/canceled
- Hindi naglagay ng cashback voucher bago mag-checkout
